New mailing list for the WCLP

The WCLP has a new mailing list for members to use for all discussions. All members and those in interested in the progress of the WCLP should sign up to it. Here is link to it.

All the mailing lists and announcements are now self hosted by the WCLP, along with this website, and are all under the txwclp.org domain.
