Waste Management and Williamson County offer free tree recycling at the Williamson County Landfill from Friday, December 26, 2014, through Saturday, January 10, 2015.  Free tree recycling is particularly useful for residents who do not have curbside pickup.  

The Williamson County Landfill also serves as a collection point for the Hutto Food Pantry, and residents are invited to donate non-perishable foods when they drop off their trees. The Williamson County Landfill provides the mulch to Williamson County residents at no charge.

The Williamson County Landfill Recycling Center is located at 600 Landfill Road, Hutto,
Located on the west side of 1660, the landfill is located between Highway 79 and Highway 29.
Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 7 a.m. to noon
The landfill is closed on Sunday.
