Williamson County offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, December 24, 25, and 26, 2014, as well as the following Thursday, January 1, 2015. The Commissioners Court will not meet on Tuesday, December 23 or 30, 2014, and will meet on Tuesday, January 6, 2015.
Please note that the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, 1855 S.E. Inner Loop in Georgetown, will be open Christmas Eve from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., closed on Christmas Day, but open for adoptions from noon to 6 p.m. on December 26, and will close at 5 p.m. on New Year’s Eve.
The Williamson County Landfill, 600 Landfill Road in Hutto, will close at noon on Christmas Eve, be closed on Christmas Day, then open regular hours on Friday, December 26.
