The Taylor ISD board of trustees approved a bid to purchase a new Thomas bus to add to their fleet.

The Taylor Independent School District will add another bus to its large fleet of transportation.
During a budget workshop and special board meeting, the TISD board of trustees approved adding a Thomas Gulf Coast built bus to the fleet. The 72-passenger bus is similar to many already owned by the district. Three bids were given for buses: Rush Bus Center for $87,412, Longhorn Bus Sales for $88,379 and Thomas Gulf Coast Bus Sales for $87,762.
