City snares growth with cash

With Taylor starting to grow at a faster pace, the structure of how can become confusing to some.
Recently, the City of Taylor announced the addition of Gattiland, which was brought to Taylor with certain incentives. According to Interim City Manager Jeff Straub, cities, including Taylor, are empowered by the Local Government Code Chapter 380 to offer incentives to bring businesses to town.
