European Students For Liberty Awarded the Roland Baader Award

We are excited to announce that European Students For Liberty has been selected as a recipient of the 2012 Roland Baader Award!

The Roland Baader Award is given to students and entrepreneurs who help spread and put into practice the ideas of Roland Baader and the insights of the Austrian School of Economics.

In particular, individuals, groups, and organisations are honoured that convey, like Roland Baader, the economic doctrines, ideas of freedom, and the principles of the Austrian School in a comprehensible and appealing form, thus reaching a wide audience.

Ronald Baader was one of the most prominent Austrians in the last thirty years. He passed away in January 2012, and his son Daniel together with Steffen Krug founded the award.

European Students For Liberty is honored and humbled to be selected for this award, and we look forward to carrying the torch of freedom for years to come!
